TwistedTrails: Races with a twist in the trail.​ We’re a brand-new trail running events company based in the North of England. Our aim is simple: to create races that are challenging, memorable, and never quite what you expect.

This isn't just your average 5k around the block!

 

​​The idea behind TwistedTrails grew from a love of trail running and a desire to offer something a little different from the usual race format.  Our courses, formats, and finish-line atmosphere are designed to test more than just your speed. Each event has a unique twist and will bring out the best in every runner.​

 

2026 will mark the start of a series of unique races across Northern England, from shorter accessible trails to ultra-distance challenges. TwistedTrails caters for all, from first-time trail runners to mountain veterans, everyone’s welcome at TwistedTrails.​
